HP Signature Select guitars are based on a specially selected African mahogany body/top combination with a sculpted neck joint for access to the upper frets, and feature a mahogany neck with dot inlays and a rosewood fretboard. Hardware includes a Tunomatic bridge and Peavey's patented Dual Compression tailpiece with string-through ferrules, which provide strong sustain and string presence; two HP Signature humbucking pickups; precision Schaller® tuning keys; two master volume controls; a single tone control; three-way pickup selector; and a variety of finish options.
