The E001 pedal is constructed from aluminium with big uprights giving the stand added strength. They use side-mounted return springs with lockable tension adjusters and have beater and angle height adjustments. The bottoms of the striking blue baseplates are rubber coated which prevent slipping or scratching of wooden floors. The beaters themselves are reversible with plastic one side and felt on the other and there are memory clamps on the beater shafts.
